First PTA Meeting and Potluck Dinner

Thursday, September 19, 6:30 p.m.

Please join us for our first PTA Meeting in the auditorium. Come meet the new Principal and the 2019-2020 Executive Board. Participate in the 2nd Vice President and Assistant Treasurer elections. 2nd Vice President

Position Description:  Assist with general duties, serve on fundraising/auction committee, preside over meetings if co-presidents aren’t present.  

Assistant Treasurer

Position Description: Work with Co-Treasurers to assist with general treasurer duties including invoicing, banking and accounting, and other financial processing. 

Our Executive Board needs you! We can’t stress enough how important it is that we fill these positions. Please consider running for office and help your child’s school!

Pickup your pre-ordered t-shirts  

If you ordered a T-shirt as part of our fundraiser in June and had it delivered to the school, you can pick it up at our first PTA meeting. Can’t make it then? We’ll send more info on how to pick up in subsequent PTA newsletters
